I really dig Popeye's chicken. The biscuits are great too! I love that they give you honey with them. This last time I had the red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and gravy as sides. Not bad.
I've had the coleslaw before and it's a tad too sweet for me. This is always a great way to have dinner, pick up and take home. I love this new location too. Right on my way home from work.

We love Popeyes Chicken so we stopped during a long trip. The food was ok but the service was unbelievable. There was only one girl working the front taking orders. She then had to fill the orders. Very short handed. One lady working the drive thru and one guy cooking. It took literally 30 minutes for us to be able to give our order.. we should have left but we didn't. It then took another 25 to get our food. We ordered dine in and spicy chicken. We got mild chicken and our food bagged to go. We were also missing one side. I ordered iced tea and took one drink and had to spit it out it was so sour. This place needs better management. There were people lined out the door and many just left. I felt sorry for the little girl working the front. She was doing her best but it was quite ridiculous.

My wife has gone to this Popeyes twice in the last month, and both times between 4-7 pm they were out of food, and out of what she wanted. She just got home from there and was like foods not cooked properly and small portions due to being out of things. Not sure what's going on, but def needs to be fixed

Popeye's Spicy chicken is one of my favorites. However, the service at the location on Ringgold Rd. is some of the worst I have encountered. My wife and I both like their chicken, but usually avoid going there due to the poor service. Our order is wrong at least half the times we have been there. Today I ordered take out, with a 2 piece, white mild and a 3 piece spicy Dark. They informed me it would be 12 minutes on the mild. After 12 minutes, they were filling orders for customers which came in after me. When I inquired about my order, they said something about waiting on the Spicy. After a couple of minutes, they put my order together and I left. When I got home, I discovered that my wife's order of mild white meat was correct. My 3 piece, dark, spicy turned out to be 2 mild white and one spicy drumstick. It really seems that they didn't want me waiting on the dark to cook, and slipped whatever they had in my box, just so I would not know, until it was too late. I have called several times, but they do not answer the phone. It seems like it would be wise to double check your order, before leaving. If this was the only botched order, it would not be that big a deal, but I would guess they screw up at least half or more in one way or another.

This is a recently opened location, but not only will you find it clean and inviting, the customer service exceeds my expectation for any fast food establishment.
Upon placing my order, I was immediately inform the spicy breasts were out, and offered a mild breast as a substitution. I asked how long before a spicy breast would be ready, and was given a time.
They delivered my complete meal after it was ready, and everything was as I had hoped for.
The employees were kind, courteous and attentive to the customers.
I would highly recommend visiting Popeye's on Ringgold Road!
